Nací en Chaco, Argentina, y desde que tengo memoria el dibujo, la pintura y las manualidades han sido mi forma de habitar el tiempo. Conservo recuerdos muy claros de mis seis años en los Talleres de Expresión Artística del Instituto de Bellas Artes en Resistencia; la textura de la arcilla que modelábamos y esa sensación de juego absoluto donde las horas se pasaban volando. El dibujo me acompañó siempre, y a lo largo de los años nunca dejé de crear ni de experimentar con todo tipo de materiales artísticos. Ese impulso creativo me llevó en 2014 al Taller de Artes Visuales de la UNNE, un año de aprendizaje entre pintura, grabado, escultura y teoría del color que me confirmó que mi camino estaba ligado a la representación visual.
En mi recorrido hay un momento que guardo con un cariño enorme: en 2011 di clases en un pequeño taller en un comedor para niños. Disfruté muchísimo esa experiencia y me marcó profundamente, porque me permitió ver de cerca la esencia de la infancia y cómo cada niño tiene realidades distintas, pero todos comparten la inocencia, las ganas de aprender y, sobre todo, de divertirse. Los niños son creativos y exploradores natos, y lo único que necesitan es un lugar seguro para aprender y expresarse. Hoy, al ilustrar, tengo siempre presente esa experiencia; dibujo con el deseo de conectar con esa curiosidad genuina, invitándolos a seguir imaginando a través del arte. Buscando profesionalizar esa pasión, en 2016 decidí cursar el Grado en Diseño Gráfico en la UNNE, donde me gradué en 2021. El diseño me dio las herramientas técnicas, la estructura, el manejo de la tipografía y la comprensión del espacio que hoy sostienen mis composiciones.
En 2023 me mudé con mi familia a Barcelona con el plan de realizar un máster en Dirección de Arte que, por cosas del destino, no pudo ser. Sin embargo, ese cambio de rumbo me abrió una puerta inesperada. Empecé a recorrer las bibliotecas de la ciudad y, casi sin darme cuenta, me encontré sumergida en los estantes de literatura infantil y álbum ilustrado. Fue ahí donde redescubrí mi vocación. Aunque sabía dibujar, entendí que ilustrar para niños requería algo más: aprender a narrar con imágenes. De forma autodidacta, devorando libros, investigando y realizando cursos y talleres, comencé a construir mi propio camino. Hoy, mi trabajo se mueve tanto en las técnicas analógicas como en las digitales, y es el resultado de esa búsqueda constante: una mezcla de la estructura del diseño, la frescura de la experimentación técnica y el compromiso con los pequeños lectores del mañana.

I was born in Chaco, Argentina, and for as long as I can remember, drawing, painting, and crafting have been my way of experiencing time. I hold vivid memories of my six years at the Artistic Expression Workshops of the Institute of Fine Arts in Resistencia: the texture of the clay we used to mold and that sense of absolute play where hours simply flew by. Drawing has always been my companion; over the years, I never stopped creating or experimenting with all kinds of traditional art materials. In 2014, this creative drive led me to the Visual Arts Workshop at UNNE—a year of learning across painting, printmaking, sculpture, and color theory that confirmed my path was deeply rooted in visual representation.
There is a moment in my journey that I hold incredibly close to my heart: in 2011, I taught art classes in a small workshop at a children’s community kitchen. I truly cherished that experience, and it left a profound mark on me; it allowed me to witness firsthand the very essence of childhood—how each child comes from a different reality, yet they all share the same innocence, eagerness to learn, and, above all, desire to have fun. Children are natural-born creators and explorers, and all they need is a safe space to learn and express themselves. Today, whenever I illustrate, I keep that experience close to my heart; I draw with the desire to connect with that genuine curiosity, inviting them to keep imagining through art. Seeking to turn this passion into a professional career, in 2016 I decided to pursue a Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design at UNNE, graduating in 2021. Design provided me with the technical tools, structure, typography management, and spatial understanding that now ground my compositions.
In 2023, I moved with my family to Barcelona with plans to pursue a Master’s in Art Direction, which, by a twist of fate, was not meant to be. However, that change of direction opened an unexpected door. I began exploring the city's libraries and, almost without realizing it, found myself completely immersed in the children’s literature and picture book shelves. It was there that I rediscovered my true calling. Even though I knew how to draw, I understood that illustrating for children required something deeper: learning the art of visual storytelling. As a self-taught artist—devouring books, researching, and taking specialized courses and workshops—I began to pave my own path. Today, my work navigates both traditional and digital mediums, emerging as the result of this constant exploration: a blend of design structure, the freshness of technical experimentation, and a heartfelt commitment to the young readers of tomorrow.
